[ Overview ]
For the Fall 2025 edition of Creator’s Collective, the organization faced a growing challenge as audience engagement began to decline. I initiated a strategic marketing effort and, through close collaboration with the marketing team, helped develop and implement short videos and posts that re-energized interest and increased visibility.

01 · The re-instatement
Creators Collective is an organization whose goal is to express students' creative exploration at the University of Waterloo. To strengthen its connection with its audience, a logo animation was designed to visually represent the organization’s values. Through motion, timing, and visual rhythm, the animation reinforces the idea of experimentation, creativity, and visual storytelling that defines Creator’s Collective, while creating a dynamic and engaging entry point for the brand across digital platforms.

Quality videos and trailers with the Edition’s new theme acted as a key touchpoint to re-engage audiences.

02 · Video and Trailers
Quality videos and trailers helped highlight the creative direction of the new theme and build anticipation for artist submissions. Beyond on how audiences engage with content, this approach also positively impacted the marketing and design teams at Creator’s Collective, generating strong interest and demand for the creation of similar content moving forward.

04 · Re-Designed Wesite
As a broader effort to revive Creators Collective's online presence, I initiated the resdesign of the organization's website, and assisted in contributing to key ideas for key pages, and helping drive the project to completion.

Outcome
This initiative brought renewed attention to the organization, generating significant interest in the team and its work. The logo animation and motion graphics resonated strongly enough to inspire the formation of a motion design team, marking a step forward in the organization's future creative direction.
